Our Care Managers are self-motivated, quick learners, and excited about taking on new challenges. Meet families wherever they are – in their home, at school or in the community – and whenever they are available.
Connect them to community resources. Teach families the tools they need to achieve wellness and healing.
Qualified applicants will have:
- Bachelor’s degree from an approved accredited University or College with a training focus on social work, psychology, education, guidance, human services or a similar discipline. *Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- 1 year experience working with youth who have a serious emotional disturbance and demonstrated quality work ethics and performance at previous jobs.
- Ability to use own vehicle for local travel.
