Office Manager – Year-Round/Full Time Position – Copake, NY

Join our Team at Copake Camping Resort. This position will suit you if you enjoy working with the public; have good communication skills and office management experience. You must be self-motivated and possess good leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills and be able to multi-task. This is a fun and very fast paced environment where your role will include providing a full range of office management duties including:

  • Day-to-day office/store/property operations
  • Provision administrative support to the General Manager
  • Consistent enforcement of Company and campground rules and policies
  • Staff management
  • Accounts management
  • Payroll
  • Inventory management
  • Production of reports
  • Collections
  • Expense control
  • Some marketing duties
  • Other duties as requested/assigned

Weekends and holidays required.
