Positions Available: TERRITORY SALES MANAGER TRAINEE — BRYANT

Location: Tontitown, AR

Description: The South Central Region sells residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts and supplies through dealers (independent companies that sell, deliver and service Carrier products to residences and businesses in their respective markets). After completing the Sales Trainee Program, you will become the residential and commercial sales expert for our customers. You will have the ability to impact Carrier Enterprise’s high market share with sales responsibility for the residential and light commercial line of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products in your assigned territory. Your ability to build solid relationships and sound business strategies with these key business partners is critical to your success as well as the success of Carrier Enterprise. You will work closely with dealers to develop sales strategies and marketing plans. In essence, your mission is to make your dealers’ businesses more successful by teaching and motivating them to sell Carrier Enterprise products. You’ll become the critical link between Carrier Enterprise and the residential/light commercial marketplace as we provide solutions to our customers’ HVAC needs.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree in a business or technical related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You must also be creative, self-motivated, tenacious, ambitious, and enthusiastic and have a strong interest in sales or marketing
  • Prior work experience and/or internship experience in sales or marketing is a plus
  • U.S. citizenship or Permanent Residency is required

Training Program Description: To ensure your success, Carrier Enterprise offers a comprehensive on the job training program. The program is designed to give newly hired sales professionals the skills they need to be successful, including:

  • Orientation to Carrier Enterprise’s values and culture
  • Product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies
  • On the job training, rotational assignments and job shadowing in various departments including but not limited to: Totaline Parts Stores, Customer Service Call Centers, Inside Sales

After successful completion of training: Sales professionals work in a sales office in positions of increasing responsibility and reward. You will analyze your territory, develop, execute and monitor sales programs to provide an incentive for your dealers to grow their business. You will also identify and recruit new dealers to grow sales and market share.
