    Bedford Nissan is looking for a Finance Manager with a specialty in Secondary Finance. This a great opportunity for someone looking for a fun, fast paced environment, with plenty of opportunity. Must possess a strong worth ethic, the utmost integrity, a team player and have experience. We are looking for someone with at least two years experience working Secondary Finance customers, that has a strong relationship with lenders.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    Work leads and floor traffic while maintaining high closing ratios. Requires heavy phone work in a professional environment focused on closing deals the right way. Must be capable of navigating finance programs such as Dealertrack while demonstrating excellent client services. Will also be required to back up prime finance managers.

    Special Finance Manager Attributes:

    – Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.

    – Ability to exude energy & enthusiasm in a phone selling environment (salesmanship.)

    Special Finance Manager Requirements:

    – Minimum two years prior sales experience with a proven track record of success.

    – Experience in the sub prime lending world in dealing with clients and lenders.

    – Experience using lending software such as Dealertrack.

    – Experience properly structuring deals using applicable CRM tools.

    – Ability to convert hot leads into sales.

    – Ability to generate referrals.

    – Assess client needs and recommend solutions using a consultative approach.

    – Maintain clean paperwork, clean funding, and a clean “Contracts in Transit” schedule.
