Position Title
Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master
Position Summary
We are looking for an Agile Project Manager who brings exceptional facilitation and servant leadership skills with a strong grasp of agile techniques and principles.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional team of multiple members
- Put your analytical skills to work by identifying small ways to “move the needle” on Enterprise goals
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with various management levels
- Work with your peers to maintain a network of communication
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of practical experience with medium to large Scrum/ Kanban teams
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Project Management Experience
- Strong leadership abilities applied through servant leadership
- Proven facilitation skills at the enterprise, strategic and tactical levels
- An ability to lead and guide multiple teams and projects with varying interests to optimal outcomes that support an organization’s mission, vision, values and strategic objectives
- The ability to resolve conflicts and remove impediments
- The ability to work with all levels of management and staff
- Agile and/or Lean Six Sigma experience
- PMI-ACP, CSM or Lean certification
- Experience with cultural change and change management
