Fast-paced Real Estate Property Management Company located in the Los Angeles Mid-Wilshire area, has an immediate opening for an experienced FULL-TIME top-notch administrative assistant to the COO and supportive staff. Candidate must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office & well-rounded in the use of computers.
Candidate must have excellent written & verbal communication skills and be extremely detail oriented to a fault. Candidate must be self-starter, eager to learn and have a fast learning curve.
You must have:
*a proven work history of accomplishment;
*a history of steady employment;
*a four-year degree.
Candidate must be able to multitask and prioritize their time to meet deadlines.
Prior Property Management Experience & Spanish a plus.
