Action Equipment, the Southeast’s largest independent aerial, small tools & earthwork construction equipment rental and sales company is seeking an experienced Branch President.
- Responsible and proven track record of driving revenue
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build a success-driven team
- Conduct branch meetings; cover important problematic areas and identify areas to be improved
- Understand P&L and other key financial controls
- Ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers
- Establish guidelines, performance expectations, and goals for staff members
- 5 years’ experience in outside sales/industry required
