Operational Excellence is reshaping Treasury Fulfillment, Service and Operations with innovative solutions to complex problems. The right candidate for this role needs to be creative, analytical and able to influence at the highest levels.
Required experience and skills:
- Experience leading projects and initiatives with proven impact
- Ability to apply data analytics to solve problems
- Driving process design and change
- Experience working within an Agile environment
- Exposure to treasury products and knowledge of the service and fulfillment processes
- Excellent Business Partnering skills-ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Outstanding oral/written communication skills
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Desired skills:
- Experience using Tableau and/or Datarobot
- Agile certification and experience as a Product Owner
- Lean process improvement experience or qualifications
- Python or similar coding skills
- Experience in a data science / technology translator role connecting technology and business teams
