Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager at OneMagnify, you will work closely with the account, strategy, creative, design, IT and analytics teams to develop and manage the planning and execution of multiple projects at one time. Your job will be to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget.

As a Senior Project Manager at OneMagnify, you will work closely with the account, strategy, creative, IT and analytics teams to develop and manage the planning and execution of multiple projects at one time. Your job will be to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget.

Skills:

• Proven record of successfully managing large and small-scale projects including print and OOH campaigns, starter kits, brochures, in office materials etc.
• Thorough understanding of the print production process, retouching needs, flight checks and experience working with print vendors
• Proven track record for managing and optimizing smaller scale digital projects such as email and banner campaigns
• Resolves complex production and project issues with a collaborative solutions-based approach
• Recognizes the simultaneous need for rigorous adherence to process and the flexibility to adapt to changes along the way
• Collaborates to lead a cross-functional team on a project basis
• Is responsible for writing clear and detailed project documentation including project scopes, estimates and schedules, etc.
• Possesses exceptional interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
• Manages the financials of individual projects and is accountable for delivery of projects on-budget
• Has a working understanding of web technology, paid search, traditional/online media and social media

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of agency experience and knowledge of integrated marketing (digital and traditional).
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
