Role Overview

As the Senior Director, you will oversee the daily operations of pharmacy benefit activities while considering long-term customer or company initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for ensuring work produced by staff meets or exceeds quality and service level standards.
• Works in collaboration with other functional areas to maximize opportunities, streamline processes, and foster communications and working relationships.
• Analyzes the success and effectiveness of benefit requests and projects, ensuring on-going improvement and success for future activities.
• Implements procedures that enhance customer satisfaction and service offerings and is consistent with short- and long-term business plans and priorities of the business and its customers.
• Communicates at a broad level, which includes senior management, across the organization and with customers.
• Develops and implement strategic initiatives around automation, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Provides oversight and leads through others to manage performance, ensure operations runs smoothly and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10 years Pharmacy Benefit Configuration Leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Process Improvement practices as well as Pharmacy Benefits Configuration tools and technologies required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of work-related experience, or Master’s degree and 8 years of work-related experience.
