Scrum Master(CSM, PMP)

Job Role : Scrum Master

Location : Chicago, IL

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects.

· Decide on suitable strategies and objectives

· Coordinating cross-project activities

· Apply change, risk and resource management.

· Tracking and reporting of all relevant team performance metrics to ensure organizational transparency, including project and release status

· Proactively identifying and removing impediments thru consistent focus on creative problem solving and collaboration with appropriate subject matter experts and decision makers

· Ensuring project dashboard and relevant documentation and are maintained and current at all times.

· Building and promoting an open, trusting and respectful team environment; facilitating discussion, collaborative decision-making and conflict resolution

· Ongoing assessment of the maturity of the team(s); coaching the team to higher levels of maturity in order to get the most out of self-organization, at a pace that is sustainable and appropriate for the team and organization

· Providing support to the team(s) using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $60.00 to $65.00 /hour
