Position Description
Reporting to the Health Mart Atlas IT Director, the Scrum Master/Agile Coach will provide guidance as a core member overseeing process flow for two agile development teams. This role leads and coaches the scrum teams in Agile best practices, implements action to improve productivity and quality of deliverables, drives adoption of agile practices throughout the organization, and identifies, manages and mitigates project issues and risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts team meetings and influences and coaches the team on Agile mindset
- Drives relentless improvement efforts and minimizes outside disruptions
- Conducts daily stand ups and team retrospectives
- Works with Product Owner to manage the backlog
- Addresses impediments and resolves or escalates as needed
- Monitors team velocity and tracks daily progress against chosen Agile tool
- Attends Scrum of Scrum meetings to escalate issues that canât be handled within the team
- Conducts backlog refinement and iteration planning

- Extensive Scrum/Agile experience
- Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence)
Minimum Requirements
- 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience, 2+ years experience
Qualifications
- Scrum or Kanban certifications are a plus
