Description:
CyberCore Technologies seeks a SCRUM Master to support various clients and projects across our customer base by facilitating retrospective meetings at the end of each sprint/project to ensure highest priority retrospective points are met to the customer’s satisfaction. This individual will be part of a team, taking direction from the Senior/Lead SCRUM and providing guidance to junior team members.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, or 9 years of technical writing experience
- Interact directly with stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the feature team by participating and leading retrospectives, sharing observations, and ideas for improvement
- Facilitate two to four projects simultaneously utilizing the Agile methodology
- Responsible for working with the product owners to define and prioritize features and defects
- Serve as the principal communicator with internal stakeholders regarding project status
