Job Description
- Leads and manages scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverable that support business goals
- Oversees scrum process and coaches team on how best to use scrum and agile practices.
- Manages inter dependencies between agile teams; leads daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings to ensure full team engagement.
- Works with the Product Owners to support short and long-term release planning, leadership visibility, appropriate prioritization, and to keep work backlog healthy and prepared for execution.
- Shields the teams from external interference to enable optimal functionality and productivity.
- Anticipates and addresses potential or actual impediments to team delivery (cultural barriers, logistic challenges).
- Monitors schedule, cost performance and key KPIs
- Prepares and presents reports on the progress and success
- Communicates with main stakeholders
- Facilitates transparency, inspection, and adaption
- Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO)
- Experience in SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) using the agile methodology across multiple projects.
- Experience with implementing Agile methods with an understanding of Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions for measuring and managing delivery.
- Willing to work in a demanding results-oriented environment with high expectations of on time delivery.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Previously Scrum Mastered three or more software development and/or QA teams is a plus.
