Your Role: What you’ll be doing
- Work with a highly collaborative team in an Agile environment embracing a “fail-fast” mentality ( fail fast, fail often, react quickly and learn from every failure ).
- Engage with Product Owners, Technology Architects, QA and/or Automation team members on cross-functional activities to design, develop, and test cutting-edge software solutions.
- Work in a development environment coaching, facilitating, and being a servant leader for four Scrum teams.
- Encourage growth through cultivating strong relationships and trust.
- The Scrum Master owns the work process for the team and creates balance with the Product Owner and the Technical Architect by taking responsibility for sprint capacity, status, reporting (burn up/burn down), and risk management.
- Demonstrate servant leadership by ensuring the scrum team has the resources they need, are shielded from distractions and interruptions, and works to remove impediments along the way.

Your Background: What skills you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline with 2+ years of hands on industry experience OR Master’s Degree in technical discipline
- Helps teams self-organize and self-manage.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and core philosophies driving frameworks
- Strong facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
- Communicates clearly and can deliver complex messages and teach new concepts
