Scrum Master
Duration : 4 years long term
Location : Rosslyn, VA
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or technical discipline is required with ten (10) years of professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent Scrum Master experience
- Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
- Self-Motivated, Independent, Cooperative, Flexible and Creative
- Build relationships between the customers and the team members
- Test & Evaluation Criteria experience
- Must be proficient in Test software (JIRA, Redmine, etc.)
- Must be proficient in Project Management software (MS Project, Trello, Asana)
Preferred Qualifications:
- JIRA proficiency is a major plus
- Experience with Agile/ SCRUM methodologies
- Technology Analysis and Assessment experience
- Experience with Design Definition, Development of Systems Specification
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $60.00 to $65.00 /hour
