Job Description:

This individual will be responsible for leading strategy for programs/projects including but not limited to Ops 2020 Automate Retirement Operations and Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions. Lead programs and projects that have a significant impact to how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function to service our clients. Will requires partnership across all levels of the organization to support the development and delivery of a multi-year strategic change effort. Facilitates across multiple disciplines (business, operations, technology and key partners). Oversees analysis of current and future implementations of projects with significant impact to the business. Multi-year, Multi strategic project management and deployment.


Required Skills:

  • Management experience with small to mid-size teams
  • Agile Methodology Experience, lean familiarity for project development and tech deployment
  • Development of technical capabilities/advances to improve processes/performance, reduce risk/controls, with focus on a positive client experience
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Superior communication skills, ability to navigate the bank’s organization and to influence all levels of the organization
  • Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources
  • Manages multiple related and interdependent projects and technology change initiatives specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function
  • Project responsibility requires responsibility for staff and budget
  • Ability to analyze present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation.
  • Creates a clear, coherent approach to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and control
  • Ensures clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key program/project roles
  • Demonstrates knowledge of end-to-end business process into program planning and deciding processes
  • Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan.
  • Business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes
  • Typically 5+ plus years of project management support experience
