Project Manager
We are seeking a telecommunications Project Manager with familiarity in all aspects of the design of telecommunications sites. The ideal candidate will have experience from initial site walk/audit through the final design of construction drawings. The candidate will also have experience directing a team in the execution of all project assignments. The PM needs to be independent, motivated, self starter, and able to multi-task.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Create and execute project scope and work plan.
- Monitor and maintain project schedules and budgets to meet milestones and deadlines.
- Utilize/maintain a project tracker.
- Track and manage a project to keep it on time and on budget.
- Communicate project status to clients and internal management on an as needed basis.
- Train, supervise, direct, and manage a team working on a project.
- Quality control review of site audits, lease exhibits, zoning, and construction drawings.
- Qualify, select, manage, and coordinate 3rd party vendors.
- Prepare proposals for projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- College Degree
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Expert in AutoCAD
- 5 years experience in telecommunications
- Experience with proposal preparation and pricing for wireless telecommunications design projects.
