As our Product Scrum Master/Business Analyst you will be responsible for guiding product development teams in agile best practices by facilitating ceremonies and analyzing sprint metrics, while working to increase efficiency and productivity by focusing on continuous process improvement. You will work with business owners and the Scrum Team to develop complex user requirements/stories and analyzes enterprise-level business needs to assist in the implementation of software solutions that achieve business objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manages the Scrum process in coordination of the Scrum team in agile methodology.
- Works with clients, users, business/product owners and SME’s to understand goals and to translate and breakdown requests into epics, features, and user stories; gathers, understands, and documents requirements for all projects involving product development.
- Schedules and facilitates daily and bi-weekly Scrum events.
- Works continuously with Scrum team and product owners to ensure user stories in the product backlog are completed and prioritized for future sprints.
- Removes obstacles that impede the Scrum Team from code execution and delivery.
- Works with the Scrum Team to ensure a clear understanding of all project requirements to create and to maintain clear and concise documentation.
- Prepares and distributes bi-weekly sprint commitments, completion, and project allocation reports to internal and external teams.
- Maintains working knowledge of business systems, applications, and processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and a minimum of 4 years of experience working with software development teams; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Scrum Master Certification preferred.
- IIBA or other equivalent BA certifications preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of project management applications and digital scrum project management tools such as JIRA, ZoHo, or AzureDevops system development methodologies.
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry preferred.
- Must be able to deal with change rapidly.
- Travel is required about 10 percent of the time to conferences, training and local offices.
