Part-time Housing Director
Professional to oversee portfolio of 141 subsidized and elderly apartments in four locations in the Rockland area. Direct marketing, re-certifications, facilities management, and lease adherence in a service rich environment. Responsible for two direct reports. Certifications in HUD occupancy requirements, tax credits, and fair housing are preferred, but willing to train the right individual. Knowledge of One Site property management software preferred. Position is 20 hours per week with flexibility in schedule and paid time off benefit.
