Description:
CyberCore Technologies seeks a Junior SCRUM Master to support various clients and projects across our customer base by facilitating retrospective meetings at the end of each sprint/project to ensure highest priority retrospective points are met to the customer’s satisfaction. This individual will be part of a team, taking direction from the Mid-Level and Senior SCRUM Master.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 0 years of experience, or 4 years of SCRUM Master experience
- Maximize delivery flow by helping the team remove barriers that slow them down
- Continuous coaching of the team (and stakeholders around the team) to realize their highest potential
- Create visibility to what and how the teams are doing. Management of sprint team data in Jira.
- Support the Product Manager and Product Owner in maintaining data in the appropriate Agile toolset to provide transparency to the roadmap and related priorities
- Proactively help the team identify and resolve impediments. Ability to facilitate impediment resolution in a timely, effective manner
- Manage relationships with other teams necessary for product release in a matrixed and distributed environment
