As the leader of the Strategic Enablement and Advancement function, you will lead the efforts to enable our crew to “win the day” for our clients every day by modernizing our infrastructure and relentlessly driving improvements in our ability to bring advice to millions and serve our clients at scale. You’ll be a forward thinking leader with a vision to identify new capabilities, connect front and back office of the Retail Investor Group technology efforts and create centers of excellence around advanced analytics and digitization / automation efforts.   • Leads divisional business technology, divisional planning, data analytics and digitization/automation teams. Works closely with transformational programs to balance current state needs with future state direction and evolves the organizations towards optimal future state.
  • Acts as central point for planning and prioritization of Retail’s division-level project resources, ensuring that resources are allocated consistent with Retail’s strategic priorities and that projects deliver stated goals while on-time and at-or-under budget.
  • Identifies and evaluates innovative technology solutions, inclusive of back-office and client facing services that could propel a scalable service model forward.
  • Builds and manages effective relationships with each of Retail’s business / departmental leaders to deliver standard and scalable services.
  • Creates processes and mechanisms for best-practice sharing across the division to help reduce and eliminate departmental silos.

What it takes

  • Undergraduate degree required. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum eight+ years general experience.
  • Project, Product, and People Management experience required.
  • Product Ownership, digital automation, and transformation/road mapping experience.
  • Solid organizations skills and ability to work across multiple functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated executive presence, innovative, and has the ability to engage and influence side, down, and upwards.
  • Experience in managing leaders and oversight of large division.
  • Experience with LEAN and Agile methodologies highly preferred.
