We are looking for an experienced Director/VP of Operations based in Carlsbad, CA or close by to oversee manufacturing, company operations, procedures, while streamlining and improving efficiency. The Director/VP of Operations will become a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Team leadership is essential to maintain control of diverse business operations, while managing existing processes and staging for future growth. We require someone with excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethic. The goal of the position as Director/VP of Operations is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

· Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.

· Oversee company’s contract manufacturers and vendors, ensure timely manufacturing of the product and components. Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy. Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.

· Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

· Establish policies that promote company culture and vision

· Oversee daily operations of the company, plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress

· Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

· Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements

· Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation

· Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction

· Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability

· Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance

· Manage relationships with partners/vendors

Requirements

· 7+ years’ operations experience

· Proven experience as Dir/VP of Operations or relevant role

· Professional aesthetic market, or medical arena is preferable but not mandatory.

· Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.

· Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

· Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

· Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure, and MS Office, knowledge of ZOHO is appreciated but not mandatory

· Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

· Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving

· BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus

· Travel across of southern California

· Job may require after hour work as needed.

· Full time position (40 hrs per week) in office in Carlsbad, CA

· Report to CEO.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year
