    Bentley Commons – Lynchburg is currently accepting applications for Director of Nursing (DON).     RN or LPN license is required. Must have a minimum five (5) years hands-on experience in geriatric nursing and/or long term care. Medicaid procedural experience is a plus. Candidates must possess the proven leadership skills to carry out the goals, policies and procedures of the Community. Prior experience in an Assisted Living, Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing facility is highly desired and necessary.

    This is a hands-on, team oriented position — reporting directly to the Executive Director. We offer a compensation package commensurate with your experience; including Community bonus, health care, PTO and 401K.
