Job Description
This position is responsible for developing and directing the overall people agenda for Itamarâs US company. Specifically, this position oversees and directs all people strategy, recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, change management and training programs for the company. In addition, the Director is responsible for implementing, enforcing and administering federal and state employment regulations as well as corporate policies, programs, and procedures.
