GreenLight Automotive (“GLA”) is looking for a Technical Success Manager who is capable of two things: leveraging their pre-existing relationships in the automotive space to acquire Pilot Stores for GLA’s software and walking into dealerships and installing/implementing our SaaS platform at these Pilot Stores.

GLA is a startup based out of San Francisco and has a national sales force. We need someone who can learn our product through-and-through and then train others on how to effectively use it, while also doing the installations. This work would begin as a 1099/Contractor with a pay as we go plan, but as the company garners momentum, there is an opportunity to lead our entire Front-End Implementation department inside of GLA.

Greenlight Automotive is the world’s first in our field. We are an end-to-end service center efficiency tool in the automotive SaaS space. We market directly to franchise owners of dealerships in all markets. Responsibilities

  • Travel where ever GLA turns on a customer (Nationally)
  • Acquire Pilot Stores utilizing your pre-existing network
  • Learn every aspect of our product
  • Train each relevant user on our product at all of our customer stores, responsible for follow up training to ensure our customers successfully utilize our platform
  • Assist the salespersons with any technical assistance they may need in their sales cycle
  • Be able to leave for a customer store within 1 weeks’ notice
  • Communicate professionally, and technically to our customers
  • Work within a startup with a dynamic environment and possibly where multiple hats
  • Monitor and assess our customers performance and report directly to the partners of GLA

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Front End Implementation or Success Management
  • Sales Experience and Fixed Operations Experience Preferred
  • A strong network of relevant decision makers in the automotive space
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in Software, Technology, and a Startup Environment
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt both on-site and preparing for customer installs
  • Knowledge of how the service department in a dealership operates

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Commission

Salary: $30.00 to $50.00 /hour
