Full Job Description

The Kittitas County Public Works Department is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Deputy Director/County Engineer. This is a full-time, benefited, non-union, exempt position. The Deputy Director/County Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Design/Construction/Traffic Divisions within the Public Works Department, project development and implementation, development review, traffic engineering, annual pavement preservation program, administration of the County’s Bridge Inspection Program and other functions as assigned.
