DESCRIPTION:
Versant’s Client Success Team (CST) is responsible for developing and maintaining key relationships within client healthcare organizations. The team works closely with clients to achieve identified outcomes using Versant’s Competency-Based System. CST members guide client organizations in the implementation and ongoing management of Versant competency-based programs including the New Graduate RN Residency, Transition Nurse Fellowship, Specialty Residencies, and others.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provides direction and support to the Versant Client Success Team as follows
- Drives continuous improvement and efficiency of the CST through process improvements and innovation to support future growth
- Supports VP of CST team in implementing Versant’s strategic goals
- Partners with CST and Client Management Team members to ensure successful implementation of Versant programs at client organizations
- Leverages service expansion opportunities with existing clients to align Versant support with organizational goals
- Reviews client development and implementation plans on a regular basis as part of an oversight role
- Develops and maintains key relationships within client organizations
- Mentors professional development and growth of Versant team members
- Remains current in best practices and market trends that will enable Versant to remain ahead of the competition regarding client support
- Manages and maintains select client accounts as assigned
- Implements, monitors, and reports out on projects assigned
- Forecast and track client data to guide strategic planning, relationship management and client success
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of client accounts
- Support the Versant business development team with sales support to secure new client partnerships
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years account management or relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare environment
- Master’s degree in healthcare, nursing or related field preferred
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel as needed for internal meetings, to meet client needs, and support Versant’s mission and goals
- Experienced in managing multiple client accounts and projects concurrently
