Agile Scrum Master / Project Manager
We’re actively seeking local candidates for an exciting consulting engagement with our direct client near Miami, FL.
Responsibilities:
The Agile PM / Scrum Master will actively serve and support the Product Owner and Delivery Team as they work to consistently meet sprint goals. This includes driving discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution to make sure the teams stay aligned and focused on the highest priorities. You’ll help establish metrics such as capacity and throughput so you can track and drive sprint progress.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in the role of Project Manager / Scrum Master
- Strong technical acumen and knowledge of software development processes
- Strong knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum and SAFe
- PMI, Agile, and SCRUM Certifications preferred
- BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
