This position is available for qualified candidates with relevant experience working for a top 400 ENR General Contractor
Responsibilities and Duties
Senior Project Manager
- Interface directly with the client to define project requirements.
- Collaborate with the Development Manager or third-party client in order to lead the client through the Construction phases.
- Coordinate the efforts of the project with Architect, Engineers, and /or Consultants
- Responsible for managing overall project planning, scheduling, conceptual estimating, budgeting, and design review
- Oversee project development including scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, quality control, and risk identification.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Architecture, Engineering or other related fields
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience in the Construction Industry
