FP Property Restoration’s Lakeland location is currently seeking a qualified Project Manager to supervise, run, and quality control primarily residential restoration projects.

  • Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years supervisory/management experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of restoration & insurance claim experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years Xactimate experianance.

Qualified candidates must have the ability and skill set to handle the following:

  • Run projects entirely with good communication with the insured/homeowner
  • Proficient with Xactimate and Xactanalysis
  • Meet & Exceed all TPA and Carrier guidelines and expectations
  • Maintain acceptable margins on all jobs
  • Implement cost and time saving techniques/initiatives
  • Have strong organizational skills
  • Identify contents/pack out opportunities on job and gain approval
  • Network/build adjuster relationships in territory
  • Implement and oversee a system to handle any/all issues/complaints
  • Set and pace company goals for territory

This is a full time position

  • 5 days paid sick days (after 120 days)
