Happy Daz—a growing restaurant company known for its prepared to order menu and the Tremendously Tasty Tenderloin—is seeking a full time manager in Lima, OH—though travel may occasionally be required to other locations for training and fill-in shifts.This position is perfect for a driven and high energy person who is capable of leading a diverse team to deliver great food as well as exceptional hospitality and service to our loyal customers. The position reports to the company’s senior management team.Responsibilities include scheduling, managing and leading staff; monitoring and purchasing inventory; ensuring compliance with all food service regulations; training; overseeing the operations of day to day business in the store; ensuring excellent customer service; and sharing in the responsibility of the overall success of the restaurant.Competitive candidates will possess several of the following attributes:
- Supervisory or management experience in other food service operations.
- Knowledge of or certification in food handling procedures.
- Experience leading diverse teams of people.
- Experience training and mentoring new staff.
- Strong judgment which can be used to set and achieve goals.
- Basic business math skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- A high school diploma or GED.
