The Arc Rapides is a non-profit organization located in Alexandria, Louisiana.
The mission of The Arc Rapides is to deliver person centered services to our physically and intellectually disabled consumers. To empower through individual support those persons who choose The Arc Rapides as an agency to provide vocational training, in home attendant companion services, community services, and a day habilitation program. To ensure that The Arc staff have opportunities to contribute to the improvement of the organization as a whole. To inspire empathy and mutual appreciation for the abilities and talents of the consumers. And most importantly, to enrich the lives of the consumers the agency serves.
Position Summary : This position assists the Executive Director in carrying out essential clinical services for a complex , multi-service non-profit organization. Specific areas of responsibility include: support service coordination, ISP oversight and monitoring, quality improvement, and organizational supports. This position is part of the administrative management team and exercises independent decision-making.
Qualifications: A Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or Social Services with a minimum of (3) years program experience.
