Project Manager / Customer Service Representative
General Description:
Responsible for the planning, overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals
Main job tasks and responsibilities:
o Lead the planning and implementation of project
o Define project tasks and resource requirements
o Develop project schedule
o Handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
o Manage project budget
o Plan and schedule project timelines
o Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
o Provide direction and support to project team
o Quality assurance
o Receive, document and resolve customer complaints
o Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
o Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
o Evaluate project and determine best course of action
o Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including but not limited to invoicing, placing orders, and tracking orders
o Make spreadsheets in Excel to track orders to provide expected ready dates
o Enter orders correctly without errors

1 + years of experience in customer service
Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and QuickBooks preferred
Some travel required (less than 5 days a year)
