_ Position Summary _
_ _ This is a non-exempt position that reports to the VP of Customer Success and is responsible for the management and oversight of member accounts utilizing a proprietary data analytics tool for patient identification in urologic disease states. This role will be responsible for helping private practice urology groups with the analysis of patient data, patient identification, data registry and report production to present to physician groups. The Project Manager will be responsible for teaching member accounts on best practices for data analysis and collection within the tool itself in order to ensure end-user success. Urology- or oncology- specific experience is required for this role, preferably in the private practice setting.
This position requires an individual who is mature, flexible and able to manage a wide range of personalities and responsibilities. It also requires an individual who is patient and attentive, able to teach both novice and skilled users in a setting that fosters understanding and growth. While past teaching experience is a plus, it is not required. This position also requires the individual to be highly organized and motivated: able work independently and successfully prioritize workload. This individual must have the initiative to think through problems critically and the ability to seek assistance when needed.

_Essential Duties and Responsibilities _

- Ability to serve as the primary teaching resource for PPS accounts to ensure end-user understanding of the functionality of the tool as well as best practice workflow in a private practice

_ Educational Requirements _
- BSN/RN or LPN with 3+ years urology clinical/supervisor experience

- Urology- or oncology- specific experience is required o Experience in private practice setting is highly preferred but not required where there is a history of urology experience
- Data entry experience in a production environment, or specifically in a laboratory/healthcare setting is preferred but not required
- Teaching experience is a plus

Mental/Physical Requirements
This role may require sitting for extended periods of time, and the workload of the Clinical Data Analyst may be stressful at times. The job requires manual dexterity enough to operate a computer keyboard, operate a calculator, telephone, facsimile machine, photocopier and other office equipment as necessary.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
- Knowledgeable in healthcare-related computer applications including practice management, electronic health record, etc.
- Ability to articulate general knowledge of urological procedures is required
- Knowledgeable in the use computers, faxing, scanning, copy machines and calculators
- Knowledge of medical terminology and transcripts based on previous industry experience is highly desirable
- Attention to detail is essential
- Ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to enter data

_ _ Work is performed in a fast-paced, high volume, office environment. It is necessary to type and view computer screens for long periods of time. Work involves frequent contact with staff members, physicians and/or other professionals. Interaction with others is constant and interruptive.
