    Peak Fall Protection specializes in the design, engineering, fabrication, installation, and certification of fall protection safety systems. Since its inception in 2007, Peak Fall Protection, a Diversified Fall Protection company, has grown to become one of the most trusted fall protection firms in the country, with offices in Apex, NC (headquarters); Richmond, VA; and Nashville, TN. Peak Fall protection is seeking self-motivated candidates with leadership and detail-oriented qualities for our Richmond, VA office.

    Peak Fall Protection LLC, an industry leading fall protection firm, is seeking a qualified candidate to systematically and efficiently execute and maintain the job responsibilities listed below, in addition to other duties as assigned.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee projects to maintain schedule and ensure projected are completed in the allotted time frame
    • Coordinate with customers and field team
    • Oversee purchasing of manufactured goods
    • Coordinate with production on fabricated goods and fabrication schedule
    • Coordinate installation schedule with customer and Peak scheduler
    • Calculate and assess change orders
    • Assist in field troubleshooting of engineered safety systems and coordinated with engineering team as needed
    • Use computer assisted design software to prepare as-built drawings
    • Coordinate with engineering team for submittal and construction drawing production and timeline
    • Perform site inspections (limited)
    • Meet with contractors and clients for pre-construction review
    • Answer relevant telephone calls and emails as needed

    Job Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

    Job Requirements:

    • College graduate (bachelor’s degree required)
    • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
    • Oral/written communication and technical writing skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel
    • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
    • Ability to collaborate with clients and other employees to meet goals and deadlines
    • Confidentiality is paramount
    • Understanding of basic geometry and math skills
    • Ability to learn and develop basic AutoCAD competency
    • Commercial/construction related estimating experience a plus but not required
