    SPD seeks an energetic, qualified individual to manage and be responsible for the administration of growth opportunities. The project manager reports directly to the owners to compile, coordinate and facilitate renovation, repair or new purchases for future growth. Working closely with our senior team to manage projects, overseeing IT, marketing, purchasing and acquisitions.

    The successful applicant will have experience/knowledge of project programming, execution, budgeting, and the ability to interpret P&Ls and balance sheets. Additional qualifications include outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team, as well as being a self-starter capable of working independently. A high level of knowledge and comfort with computers is required; experience with Microsoft Office, Google products and accounting software is a plus.
