We are a growing Construction & Property Management firm based in Stafford, VA seeking an Office/Property Manager to join our team. We are a family owned regional construction firm in business for 20+ years.
This position will report directly to Executive Management but will be involved with, and have responsibilities for, many aspects of our fast paced and dynamic business.
The best fit for our company will be a capable and motivated team player who enjoys working in a small office environment.

Requirements
- Industry and property management experience REQUIRED â minimum 2 years
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to produce quality work while multitasking
- Attention to detail. We take pride in our workâŚyou should too
- Accurate data entry
- QuickBooks experience-minimum 2 years
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely
Professional telephone manner
Proper English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation for preparation of written materials
- Proficiency with computer applications
HEAVY use of MS Excel and MS Word
Google App Suite (mail, calendar, drive, etc.)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check

Primary Responsibilities
Construction: New Homes & General Contracting
- Construction office general administrative duties
- Generate, process and track invoices and receivables
Property Management
- Invoice processing and payment
- Track tenant receivables o General administrative support & other tasks based on capabilities
