Responsibilities

  • Administrative: Answer phones, office filing, receive and send mail/packages, maintain office supplies by checking inventory and placing orders, maintain office cleanliness. Prepare Purchase Orders as required.
  • Service: Receive customer calls for service and schedule. Ensure effective dispatching of technicians or outside providers, timely completion of work orders and accuracy and timeliness of billing process.
  • Install: Check in inventory shipments, organize inventory for jobs in warehouse, and schedule install jobs with customers. Schedule lift rentals.
  • Inventory Control: Work with inventory manager in charlotte to receive parts for install, service, and warehouse stock. Preform various tasks involving physical inventory in warehouse and in technician trucks using inventory management system. Maintain clean/organized warehouse.

Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent required

· 3+ years related experience

· Strong communication skills

· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational and planning skills

· Proficient in MS Office
