The office of Graduate Medical Education (GME) is seeking a Budget Officer to be responsible for maintaining high quality customer service for the 800+ house staff training at UK Healthcare at a given time. Responsibilities include: processing office bills in coordination with the IBU, producing monthly bills for participating sites and overseeing collections of these bills (accounts receivable), payroll data entry and quality assurance for house staff, including supplemental pay, ordering and processing all GME supply orders.
IEBC (Internal Employee Being Considered)
Excel, SAP, residency management system (such as MedHub)
Master’s and more than four years related experience preferred
