General Manager

Bob’s Clam Hut in Kittery is looking for a General Manager to lead our team. Bob’s is a Maine institution known nationally for serving amazing fried foods and lobster rolls. It has a legacy of 64 years in this location and generations of loyal guests, endless media coverage and dozens of awards. We need the General Manager to lead our beloved restaurant. Bob’s culture is highly inclusive and empowering, hard-working, guest AND staff focused. Applicants ideally should have a background in hospitality and management as well as computer and POS skills.

This is a year-round, full time position and includes a mix of early mornings, afternoons and evening hours as well as weekend and holiday availability.
