Job Description – Electrical Estimator / Project Manager

Summary
Our client is a leading electrical services firm in the Midwest. They have an excellent reputation for quality projects and professional services. Their projects range from $50K – $8M in size and range from commercial, healthcare, power generation, industrial, institutional, and pipeline projects.
Our client is seeking an Electrical Estimator/Project Manager for its construction division. Candidates should have knowledge of the construction industry, familiarity with contract documents and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Responsibilities:
· This position will prepare:
o Bid proposal estimates and take-offs;
o Attend customer site visits and pre-bid meetings;
o Monitor ongoing jobs for costs, profitability and schedule adherence.
· Individual must value service and have a keen eye for detail.
Qualifications:
· A degree in a construction-related field or field experience in the industry is required.
· A valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to the company insurer is required.

Salary: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 /hour
