Permanent full-time position available immediately for a Construction Project Manager with a grading & underground experience, at a successful construction company. What we do: Grading, Paving, Earthwork, Underground Utilities, Septic and Mound systems, Pond Construction and Repair.

- Submittals
- Scheduling
- Change Orders
- T&M Tracking
- Billings
- Working with Superintendents On Ordering Materials to Meet Schedule
- Tracking Lead Time Material Shipments
- Plan Distribution and Document Control
- Project Close-out
SKILLS & TRAITS
- Maintain ethical standards of the highest level.
- Professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.
- Very strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient at reading and executing plans, elevations and civil drawings.
- Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & accounting and estimating software a plus.
- Construction Project Management/Engineer or Field experience minimum of 2 years.
