The Construction Project Manager position will plan and supervise a wide range of Commercial & Residential construction projects from estimate to close-out. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Candidate must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind, great organizational skills, and the experience to run a success project with a focus on client satisfaction.

Additionally, the Candidate must be proficient in MS Office and MS Project as well as other computer software programs. A monthly vehicle allowance will be provided, and quarterly profit-sharing opportunities are available to the right candidate.

Salary: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
