Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Direct, control and coordinate shift operations
  • Interviewing, hiring and orientating new employees
  • Train and develop Team Members
  • Manages inventory/waste and labor controls
  • Cash management, count drawers, and bank deposits
  • Profit and Loss analysis
  • Evaluate Team Member performance
  • Other duties as assigned

Restaurant Assistant Manager Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of management experience required; food service/restaurant experience preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Upbeat and Outgoing Personality
