Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Direct, control and coordinate shift operations
- Interviewing, hiring and orientating new employees
- Train and develop Team Members
- Manages inventory/waste and labor controls
- Cash management, count drawers, and bank deposits
- Profit and Loss analysis
- Evaluate Team Member performance
- Other duties as assigned
Restaurant Assistant Manager Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of management experience required; food service/restaurant experience preferred
- Must possess a valid driverâs license and have reliable transportation
- Basic Computer Skills
- Upbeat and Outgoing Personality
