Amteck LLC is looking for a results-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join the Amteck team in our Greenville SC office and directly support the Electrical Division. This person needs to be as passionate about taking care of our customers as we are given that is the number one goal and driving force behind our business. Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Assist Senior PM with managing, plan, and coordinate projects to optimize the use of labor, materials, equipment and tools
  • Ensure project is constructed in accordance with contractual requirements, company processes and policies, budget and schedule at all times
  • Initiate, develop, and maintain working relationships with industry partners including clients, subcontractors and vendors
  • Respond to customer service calls
  • Monitor quantity and quality of work performed by project staff
  • Follow all guidelines, policies and procedures established by Amteck
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Electrical Project Management experience
  • Background in estimating commercial and industrial work is a plus
  • Some knowledge of electrical practices, processes, and standards as it relates to electrical construction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, Accubid or related estimating software is a plus
  • Strong Administrative skills is required
  • Some travel required
