The Agile Project Manager is responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies as well as managing key projects and processes for the Technology organization at daVinci. The Agile Project Manager works closely with all levels within Technology and cross-business to identify, implement and align requirements and timelines. Additionally, the Agile Project Manager must be a collaborative self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and building scalable processes in an environment of fast growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitates daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, and demos.
  • Tracks and communicates team velocity, sprint/release progress, and projects status.
  • Manage release processes ensuring the releases are deployed to production smoothly.
  • Responsible for executing runbooks, seeking approvals, scheduling and facilitating go/no-go calls
  • Creates, publishes, & communicates, the bi-weekly production release notes to the business
  • Partner with Business Project Manager to align on project standards and ensure alignment of goals and project plans across the organization
  • Facilitate Technical Project kick-off, scoping, and status meetings
  • Facilitates requirements gathering sessions, documents, and obtains sign-off on project scope
  • Supports project teams in monitoring the execution, progress, risks, and communicates progress against project goals.
  • Identify opportunities and collaborate with team members to improve current processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong agile knowledge and experience (Scrum/Kanban) (Certified Scrum Master preferred)
  • Knowledgeable of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines (PMP certification a plus)
  • Knowledgeable of Lean and continuous improvement principles
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps (CI/CD a plus)
  • Experience managing large and/or complex projects. Proven competency in managing and delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • Demonstrated success with the ability to lead without formal authority
  • Demonstrated success working with local, remote and off-shore team members
  • Comfort with ambiguity and self-direction
  • Excellent group facilitation and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Team-player with the ability to thrive within an open collaborative environment.
